CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

Belt Conveyor Systems continuously transport bulk materials in a clean and efficient manner over long distances, through vertical and horizontal curves and vertically up and down via considerable inclinations. The design parameters are strongly determined by the climatic conditions and material properties. Austman Pty Ltd’s conveyors can be stationary, shift able, enclosed, running in tunnels, over long distances, comprising of horizontal and vertical curves, be supported by air, mounted on sleepers, on rails and onto the tunnel roof.
Mass flow by conveying is by far the dominating method when transporting material in a minerals processing operation. Austman offers the optimum solution whether your requirement is for dry, wet or sticky material, and to both horizontal and vertical applications. We also meet your wear protection needs.
Austman offers in-plant conveyor systems with capacities from 100 to 10 000 tonnes per hour for handling bulk materials  in quarrying, construction, chemicals, food processing and power generation. Combining optimized ground-level  designs with elevated modules, walk-through structures and open or closed gantries, we always find the right balance between space, capacity and cost. Our in-plant systems can include belt feeders, high-angle conveyors and totally enclosed conveyors.

CONSTRUCTION: Austman has come a long way since doing our first Design and Construct job in 1989. The one thing that hasn’t changed is the fact that our employees are our most important asset. Testimony to this is that a considerable number of people who worked on that project are still with Austman to this very day.
